Following the successful project at City Suites II, we were invited to design and procure a high-end furniture and AV scheme for two Supersuite apartments.
Brief
We were instructed by Vita to design and procure a high-end furniture and AV scheme for Supersuite apartments on the 14th floor of the development.
How we delivered
We held a series of detailed and collaborative workshops with the client’s design team to develop the furniture, AV and finishes package, including high-end manufacturers throughout the 3-bed suite.
The team worked with the likes of Bang & Olufsen, Bo Concept and Sancal to create a rich and vibrant interior scheme. The Bang & Olufsen TVs with integrated Dolby Atmos sound systems and ceiling speakers add real drama to the space; considerable coordination was required between us and the main contractor delivering the fitout works to ensure that the necessary cabling was procured and installed prior to their completion, making for a successful 1st fix of the AV systems once the site was under our control.
It was important to the client that the specified furniture was both luxurious and durable as the suite is rented out on a weekly basis and requires comprehensive cleaning and maintenance.
The result
The high-end finishes of the base build coupled with the bespoke bedroom ottomans and handmade cushions soften and warm the scheme, with comprehensive planting, accessories and artwork packages providing the finishing touches to the suite.
