Hotel La Tour, tasked us with the full £2.5 million FF&E package for their new build 4* Hotel.
We were given the project after the build was complete, in order to install all flooring, furniture, kitchen, bespoke joinery, feature lighting, and much more, across the bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
With a 9 month procurement period and 16 weeks on site to install the full package.
Our scope included:
– FFE development with PHP Architects
– bespoke joinery
– curtain package
– flooring package
– loose FFE to rooms & public areas
– fixed FFE to rooms
– TV & electrical package
– and OSE
The result
A stylish, modern and welcoming finish. We were particularly proud of our work on the restaurant and kitchen areas, which provided an opportunity to showcase our skills beyond the bedroom schemes.
