Scope of Work and FF&E Budget

We hold an interactive workshop to discuss your furniture needs, creating a detailed design brief to define our scope. From this, we develop an accurate budget, working closely with the team to ensure cash flow forecasts align with the proposed look & feel of your furniture.

FF&E Design and Sourcing

Our FF&E interior design team collaborate with you to agree the general aesthetic of the scheme, setting performance requirements early on. We fine-tune the specification through a series of workshops, detailing suppliers, products, fabrics & finishes for sign-off. We ensure the proposal meets the sustainability standards, quality and price previously forecasted.

Amendments and FF&E Procurement

We understand that budget and requirements can change; our team are experts in sourcing alternative products without compromising on aesthetic or performance, using our extensive purchasing power across our global supply chain.We then cover all aspects of negotiating and purchasing the FF&E package. We undertake all ordering admin, including setting terms & conditions of purchase in line with the contract. Detailed purchase orders are placed and delivery schedules issued.

Delivery/Logistics

Getting the right products to site, on budget, and on time is really what the furniture procurement process is all about. We have a network of established global logistics partners, who provide a seamless service. We cover everything from transport planning, quality control, cargo insurance, customs clearance, warehousing and inventory management for our furniture projects.

5.

FF&E Installation

On-site installation is where all the hard work comes together. We deploy our dedicated installation team who will plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of the FF&E installation and OS&E, including positioning, inspecting and snagging all items, ensuring they are ready for handover.

6.

Completion

We co-ordinate the health & safety and operations & maintenance manuals, collating all the product documentation, including FF&E data sheets, manufacturers’ warranties, and fire rated certificates.

FAQs

FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) refers to movable items like desks, chairs, lighting, and appliances that are essential to a space but not part of the building structure.

This largely depends on the project and items ordered, lead times tend to be around 6 weeks. We use suppliers which make to order, this ensures minimal waste and makes for a more ecofriendly process.

We pick from a handful of trusted suppliers and ensure warranties are in place for at least 5 years, sometimes up to 15 years, from purchase.
