Improving EPC Rating

We’re raising the building’s Energy Performance Certificate from G to A, significantly enhancing its energy efficiency.

Net Zero Build Commitment

Pall Mall Court is committed to achieving net-zero emissions, balancing its environmental impact throughout the redevelopment.

Redevelopment of a Grade II Listed Building

Repurposing this historic, previously rundown structure saves substantial emissions, pollution and materials compared to a new build.

Waste Reduction

Site waste was a real focus. By cleaning and reusing the mosaic tiles we are able to save them from landfill. When we cannot avoid waste we dispose of it responsibly, with 75% of all site waste recycled on this project.
