We were appointed to undertake a full Cat A and B fit-out, taken from a base build shell and developed from RIBA Stage 2 through to end use.
How we delivered

Industrial Elements: Exposed ceiling pipes and ducts, adding a trendy, industrial vibe.
Biophilic Design: A variety of green plants that bring freshness and a natural touch to the space.
Casual and Collaborative Spaces: With a pool table and bar-style seating, there’s room for relaxation, team interaction, and collaboration.
Warm and Inviting Ambiance: Warm-toned furniture and lighting create a welcoming atmosphere.
The office design has a modern, open-plan with a touch of industrial style, and biophilia, perfect for a creative workspace.
The feedback from staff has been great. The a breakout space with a pool table, and well stocked snack cabinet makes for the perfect place to relax!
Dragonfly took ideas from paper to reality and has made our new Manchester hub the heart of our home at Avalere health.
