Providing the conceptual design and developing the scheme with the client over a series of design workshops, we executed the construction of the CAT B product within a 6-week programme.
Background
In Technology Group are a Manchester-based company specialising in high-quality recruitment of specialists in the IT sector.
Moving to the 3rd floor of the Hyphen building, ITG wanted to create a vibrant yet professional environment for their ever-growing team.
How we delivered
Brand identity was at the heart of the scheme, using the company colours to create interesting and inspiring areas across the workspace.
Commencement of works on the 3rd floor started with the 1st fix elements for the partitioning and M&E packages.
Formation of new meeting rooms provided the office space with structure and indication of how the open working space would work for ITG.
The third and fourth weeks on site saw the space develop from a core shell to more of the design-led features of the space, such as the kitchen and bespoke joinery items.
With flooring laid and glazed partitions formed, the programme neared completion finishing with the application of surface finishes and FF&E installation by our furniture team.
The result
The orange and blue rooms contrasting against the black crittal-style glazing create real interest and impact when entering the space. Following the installation of the final touches including a full furniture and dressing package, a thorough snag provided a quality space ready for ITG to move into and operate from straight away.
