A full design and fit-out of a workspace within Bolton Wanderers Stadium, transforming an open-plan shell into a high-spec, fully operational workplace.
Project overview
Delivered over an 8-week programme, this project involved taking a pre-cleared space within the stadium and delivering a complete workplace solution from initial design through to final furniture installation.
We provided a full design package, including mechanical and electrical design, before managing the fit-out and FFE.

A fully fitted, ready-to-use workspace delivered in just eight weeks, combining practical working areas with high-impact design features.
Set within a live stadium environment, the space provides a mix of open-plan working, private offices, and breakout areas, all finished to a high standard with views across the pitch.
