As the Circle Square developments grow, it's important to keep the older buildings up to date with the standard of the surrounding area. By attracting new tenants with a fresh reception area and coworking space we were able to keep No.1 Circle Square competitive in the commercial office market.
Overview
The reception area in Circle Square No.1 needed updating to match the standard of the surrounding buildings. After a full strip back, we developed the space with a new reception desk, lounge area, coworking desks, kitchenette, meeting booths, feature wall, ceiling raft, flooring, and centrepiece tree in a bespoke table, complemented by the rest of the biophilia added.

A space which offers it’s occupiers a warm welcome, private meeting areas, coworking zones, and a fresh new reception.
