– Forming of a route up to the 1st floor lounge and co working via a new helical staircase

– Roof terrace with outdoor meeting pods.
The result
A sleek, glass-fronted workspace, featuring exposed concrete, bold lighting, and modern furnishings. Its open-plan design, rooftop terrace, and statement communal spaces create a bright, collaborative environment with a creative edge.
