Previously occupied by Ted Baker the unit was handed to us, to convert into a vibrant new itsu restaurant.
The brief
Requiring full strip out including removal of a mezzanine level area. The project involved us changing a clothing store into a restaurant, including kitchen, cold rooms and dining area. The Itsu branding was key to the design and so real focused was placed on making the space as recognisable, functional and enjoyable as possible.
How we delivered
The scheme took place in the Trafford Centre, which was fully opperational at the time, meaning that careful consideration had to be taken during deliveries and works.
The scheme itself included:
– bespoke joinery
– MEP
– kitchen and cold room installations
– new shop front entrances
– and finishes throughout
The result
A vibrant new restaurant in the Trafford Centre, in alignment with the Itsu restaurants dotted around the country.
