We were invited to tender for the procurement and delivery of the FF&E and OS&E of 142 apart-hotel rooms and public areas in Vita Group’s second City Suites development in Manchester.
Background
Once confirmed as preferred FF&E consultant and provider, Dragonfly’s team developed the full turnkey FF&E and OS&E specification and managed the complex procurement and install phases.
Delivery
We initially facilitated a series of design and furniture workshops with the client to develop the full FF&E and OS&E specification, offering cost-effective solutions. This phase was followed by a 16 week procurement period and 12 weeks delivery and install.
The design and specification was carefully considered to ensure each detail of the apart-hotel’s offering was luxurious and comfortable, from the sofas to the light fixtures and fittings right through to the teaspoons in the fully fitted kitchens.
With 12 different room types, the team had to pay particular attention to the coordination of the installation team, ensuring the right product was installed to the right location.
The result
With accommodation ranging from studio to 3-bed apartments, City Suites II is a home from home for customers staying for just 1 night as well as on a long term basis.
The client team was thrilled with the efficiency of the installation as well as the overall look and feel achieved. We also procured and installed a comprehensive accessories package to perfectly dress and finish off the welcoming and public areas.
