We had the pleasure of delivering a full CAT B fit-out for this beautiful show suite in the heart of Circle Square, a neighbourhood we’re proud to work in time and again.
The brief
We were given an open-plan shell and tasked with delivering a high-quality show suite that reflects the vibrant atmosphere of Circle Square. The space needed to showcase a premium working environment while highlighting the design and functionality potential for future tenants.
How we delivered
We began with a detailed mechanical and electrical package, incorporating custom lighting features that enhanced the space’s atmosphere.
The installation included premium flooring, acoustic wall treatments, and stylish ceiling rafts, all carefully chosen to improve both aesthetics and acoustics.
To complete the look, we added bespoke decorations and unique design elements, transforming the show suite into a standout, memorable space for all who enter.
The result
