Overview
By developing the lower ground floor into a fully kitted-out gym, changing/shower facilities, new office space, and meeting rooms, we were able to elevate wellbeing and tenant experience in the occupied commercial office space.
The Result
Blackfriars House, which already offers its occupiers a multitude of amenities, has added to its offering with a space dedicated to physical wellbeing, an increasingly important consideration for a well-rounded commercial office provider.
