Pre-construction
We offer full support from the very beginning, helping you define project objectives, assess feasibility, and create a solid brief (RIBA Stages 0-4). This includes developing designs, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing detailed plans, all of which set the foundation for the construction phase. We handle everything, from road closures to crane lifts, thanks to our established network of global logistics partners.Our comprehensive services cover transport planning, quality control, cargo insurance, customs clearance, warehousing, and inventory management. We source everything you need, from materials to skilled workforce, guaranteeing that the right materials and tradespeople arrive on-site precisely when needed.

Construction
Bringing the design to life. Our experienced site managers oversee the entire construction process to meet all specifications. Our team coordinates resource allocation and logistics, maintains strict safety standards, and integrates sustainable practices throughout the project. We keep you informed with regular progress reports, promptly addressing any issues that arise on-site to ensure smooth operations and maintain transparency.

Handover and close out
We conduct final inspections and quality checks, making sure everything meets your expectations and regulatory standards. We then hand over the completed project to you and provide any necessary training or documentation. We also get the sign off from any external certifications we may have involved in the project, for example improving the EPC rating.
