We're proud to have taken Smithfield Works from Stage 2 to completion, delivering two unique coworking spaces.
Brief
Our challenge was to transform two distinct spaces – one within a residential building and the other within a commercial office – into coworking environments that encourage flexibility, collaboration, and innovation.
This project marked the first fully managed coworking space of its kind in Stoke, aiming to provide a dynamic work hub that caters to diverse work styles.
How we delivered
The project included full design, fit-out, and bespoke furniture packages, ensuring the space was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
We enhanced the environment with custom joinery, stylish flooring, and unique lighting features creating a modern and inviting atmosphere. We then installed state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical, audio-visual systems, and access control.
The space was completed with smart partitioning, planting, and careful dressing, adding the final touches to create the ideal coworking environment.
A key feature was the installation of private suites and hot desks, designed to accommodate various work styles, offering both privacy and flexibility for users.
