We partnered with Bruntwood to deliver a stunning refurbishment at Riverside in Manchester.
Brief
The goal was to modernise the reception, common areas, and exterior while keeping disruption to a minimum.
This transformation needed to enhance the customer experience, fostering collaboration and productivity in a stylish and functional space.
How we delivered
Over a swift 10-week programme, we worked closely with MGMA Architects Limited and Bruntwood to take the project from RIBA Stage 2 to completion. Our approach ensured a seamless transformation, incorporating a communal kitchen with premium refreshments, breakout spaces with workstations, a stylish and modern reception redesign, refreshed meeting rooms and podcast studios, and a revamped entrance for a striking first impression.
The result
A fresh, welcoming, and sustainable environment that enhances the experience for customers and visitors alike. The new space offers high-quality amenities that elevate the day-to-day experience at Riverside.
