Ditto Coffee

2,500 sqft

8 weeks on site

This was a thoroughly enjoyable project, bringing Ditto Coffee’s second branch to life at Union House in Manchester. We delivered a vibrant fitout and furniture scheme, including an extensive bespoke joinery package, all within a tight programme.

Overview

Bruntwood’s vision for Union House was to create a destination food and beverage space that served both the public and building occupiers, offering a warm and welcoming environment. The brief highlighted challenges such as the previously unclear branding, non-functional layouts, and a need for stronger street presence.

How Dragonfly Delivered

We took the project from concept to completion, delivering a striking transformation through collaborative design workshops and careful planning.

Key works included:

– structural adjustments for a new dumbwaiter

– vibrant decoration with sprayed ductwork and foliage

– and a bespoke furniture and lighting scheme.

The Result

A space that not only meets the operational needs of the building but also serves as a vibrant home for Ditto Coffee, combining bold aesthetics with an inviting atmosphere. The previous problem of lack of street presence has certainly been addressed by the new eye catching and inviting space.

Absolute pleasure to work with everyone on this, arguably the best project I’ve been involved in to date. Cannot thank Dragonfly enough for leading the way.
